Yes. With a notarised and apostilled power of attorney, a trusted representative or our lawyer can sign for you. Viewings can be done by video.
Do I need a lawyer?
It is not legally required, but we recommend an independent lawyer for larger purchases. We work with several who speak English and Russian.
How long does a purchase take?
Often one to two weeks from agreed price to registered ownership, if the documents are clean.
Can I rent before I buy?
Most clients do. Renting for a few months in your favourite area is the best test. We help with both.
Is Georgian property priced in dollars?
Usually yes for sales. Rent is often agreed in dollars and paid in lari at the day's rate. Read the contract carefully.
